Delivery contract

When you rent an accommodation, it must of course be in good condition. Some landlords will check the technical condition with you before you move in, and record this on a delivery form. Any damage will then be repaired. Does your landlord not check the rented accommodation with you? Then make a written record of the condition (possibly with photos) before you move in and give this to your landlord.
Do you discover damage? Report it to your landlord as soon as possible and have it recorded in writing. This ensures that you do not have to pay for damage that you did not cause. Then make arrangements about who will repair it and how much time it will take. Of course, you do not have to contribute to the repair, as the damage was not caused by you or in your rental period.
