The landlord is obliged to maintain the interior and exterior of the house properly, but as tenant you are also obliged to maintain the accommodation properly. You are expected to do small repairs yourself. This is called small daily maintenance.
Often in the rental contract you can read what is expected of you and what you can expect from the landlord. If your landlord has not informed you about this and nothing is stated in your rental agreement, ask your landlord what he expects from you and what you can expect from him.
The accommodations offered by SCIS are maintained by SHWJ, DUWO or Kolpa. Please check with SHWJ, DUWO or Kolpa what you need to do yourself and what is not included in small repairs.
