Where you leave your waste depends on where you live
Do you live in Leiden? The municipality collects waste from your home every week. Do you live in the city centre? Then you can dispose of household waste at any time in one of the underground containers. Glass, old paper and textiles can be deposited at a container in the neighbourhood. Environment card
Each house number gets its own environmental pass from the municipality. This pass belongs to the address. By having the pass scanned, you can, for example, dispose of waste in an underground container. The Environment Pass also gives you access to the waste collection points in the municipality or the environmental park i.
